Returns and exchanges are not possible unless the item is defective. We recommend contacting us at sonicsempire@gmail.com if you receive a corrupted file. Please include the product number and order ID, as well as the exact issue. Requests or assistance can also be sent using

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.
Digital products are not eligible for refunds as these are intangible goods and cannot be returned. Refunds are only granted in the event of a duplicate purchase.
